New Medicare Supplement Forms for 2020
Bankers Fidelity is pleased to announce the release of their new Medicare Supplement Application and Outline of Coverage for Virginia BFLIC, effective 3/12/2020. These forms are available in the ADDS® library and via online ordering.
When writing new business please use the new application package B 21092 AP2020 NTOEGI PKG VIRGINIA (3-20). The new Outline of Coverage is B 21092 OC20 [VIRGINIA CP] (3-20).
The new Application and Outline of Coverage replace all previously released versions in the state of Virginia. Effective immediately, Bankers Fidelity will no longer accept business written on any of those applications.
At this time, there will not be a Medicare Supplement eApp available. You will still have the ability to write Vantage Flex 65® – Senior Hospital Indemnity on the eApp platform.
